  • Our orders are processed and shipped from D’Aguilar, Queensland during business hours from

    Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next

    business day.

    Processing times are 1-3 business days after an order is received, however this time

    can vary to 1-5 business days during sales and busy periods.

  • We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15.00. These options can be selected at checkout.

    Our parcels are sent through Australia Post with a ‘No Signature Required’ on delivery, which

    means your parcel will be left in a safe place unless otherwise organised by yourself with Australia

    Post. Country Western Collective will take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once in the

    processing system of Australia Post. We would hate for this to happen! Therefore, we will be

    more than happy to investigate on your behalf if you have waited for an extended period of time

    for your parcel.

  • We really hope you love your product! However, we understand if it’s just not love. We have a

    strict 7 day change of mind policy from the day your parcel is received. We please ask that

    products are unworn and if applicable, placed back into their original packaging and remain in

    good undamaged condition with proof of purchase to be returned to us. Country Western

    Collective does not supply return shipping labels, return labels are the responsibility of the

    customer. The product must be returned in the same, if not similar external packaging to ensure

    no damage occurs during transit. We cannot refund damaged goods, sorry! If your items are faulty

    upon receiving them, we will provide you with a replacement product, or if not possible refund

    the item cost to you, unfortunately our refund does not cover return postage.

  • Please ensure all information is correct when making an order eg. Email address and shipping

    address etc. We take no responsibility in parcels being delivered to the wrong address.
