Missing an order?

Our parcels are sent through Australia Post with a ‘No Signature Required’ on delivery, which

means your parcel will be left in a safe place unless otherwise organised by yourself with Australia

Post. Country Western Collective will take no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once in

the processing system of Australia Post. We would hate for this to happen! Therefore, we will be

more than happy to investigate on your behalf if you have waited for an extended period of time

for your parcel.
